Convergence Labs @VCU Structure

Convergence Labs @VCU is a nested model. Each Convergence Lab will house 3 to 5 clusters representing interrelated topics. The structure is intended to support a collaborative and transdisciplinary approach. 

Each Convergence Lab has a lead and/or co-lead who will manage and oversee the initiatives across the clusters within the lab. Each cluster will have a chair and/or co-chair to lead and manage the cluster’s research program (a co-chair will be considered depending on the size/number of faculty members within a cluster).
