The Department Chair Leadership Program provides an opportunity for university department chairs to engage with topics and strategies about faculty performance, developing faculty, hiring diverse and talented faculty, managing and resolving conflict, and more. The program sessions also offer opportunities for department chairs to engage and network across the VCU community.
